ODAPC Publishes Final Rule that Changes the Definition of ‘Service Agent’

Published in today's Federal Register is a Final Rule that amends the U.S. Department of Transportation's (DOT) regulation, changing the definition of the term "service agent" in the DOT drug and alcohol testing regulations to conform to recent legislation. The final rule also revises the definition of "service agent" to include all entities that provide services for DOT mandated drug and alcohol programs.
