FAA's Drug Abatement Division Publishes New Advisory Circular

On July 11, 2024, the Federal Aviation Administration's (FAA) Drug Abatement Division published its latest news update.  The FAA notice (re-posted below) is an Advisory Circular about establishing, implementing and maintaining a compliant drug and alcohol testing program.  For any questions, please contact FAA's Drug Abatement Division at drugabatement@faa.gov.

On July 10, 2024, the Drug Abatement Division published a new Advisory Circular, AC 120-126, which provides guidelines for establishing, implementing, and maintaining a drug and alcohol testing program in accordance with Title 14 of the Code of Federal Regulations (14 CFR), part 120 and Title 49 of the CFR (49 CFR) part 40.
